Yoga has been apart of my life since I can remember. Inspired by my grandmother who started doing yoga in the sixties, I saw a lifestyle that I knew I wanted to practice and share with others. With a total of 13 yoga instructors in my family, I have learned so much about the practice and how far it stretches into our daily lives. After graduating from Purdue University, I embraced yoga in the difficult and stressful times in my life. Not only was it great for my body, but my mind learned how to settle and relax.
